marketing questionnaire

The following questions will help us understand your online marketing opportunities. It's OK if you don't have all the answers at this time. Just provide as much information as you can and we'll work together to get you great results.     1. What type of online marketing do you use? You may be using any of the following: Blogs, social media, newsletters, email, content marketing, coupon, local SEO, link building, etc. Just list the type(s) of marketing currently being used.
    2. Identify the economic sector your business is in. Try to be specific explaining what your business does. For example, we operate in the Healthcare sector providing all natural personal care products.
    3. Include a description of your business explaining what you do. For example, All Natural Products located in San Diego, CA has been in business for 10 years. We specialize in skin care products made from local and high grade imported rare natural ingredients.
    4. Who is your target market? Or, put another way, who are you trying to reach with your product or service? For example, women between the ages of 18 and 60
    5. Who are your main competitors? Include URL links to direct competitors within your local market, if available. If you don't know the links just note the business name and address. For example, Baynatural.com or Bay Natural, 123 Main St., Newtown, CA
    6. What are the key messages that you're trying to communicate? You might have two or three main messages to communicate, all specific to the goals of your business. For example, cost-effective all natural skin care solutions.
    7. What do you want visitors to do when they visit your website? For example, we want visitors to visit our list of products available for purchase, buy and sign up for our newsletter.
    8. What special promotions or offers can you provide? For example, we would like to run a promotion that offers a free sample to potential customers after they submit their email address.
    9. What image does your brand communicate? For example, we want to portray the image of providing a fun, youthful and unique experience.
    10. What are your 3 main selling points? A selling point is the best thing about your product or service that drives consumers to purchase. Example: 1. High quality affordable products 2. Large selection to choose from 3. Prompt and reliable service
    11. Have you received any awards or accreditation's that you wish to boast about? For example, our products have gained wide acceptance and high praise from our social Facebook network.
    12. Have you ever paid anyone to provide online marketing services? For example, last year I paid a guy for a link building package which included Blog comments and directory placing.
